Products for connection must be approved, stamped with, or labeled with the Australian WaterMark.
The requirement to use only approved products in Australia improves water efficiency, protects public health and safety, and protects the amenity of our homes, businesses, and the environment.
Based on our experience, we don’t install or recommend certain WaterMark-approved products. This is due to unreliable warranties, poor after-sales support, and limited spare-parts availability. As a result, you may not find the products you are looking for on this website.
Some quality niche plumbing brands and products are not listed on this site because we have typically found spare parts and manufacturers’ technical advice hard to obtain.
We will never install any unapproved products. The approved products we list meet our expectations for quality and longevity and are suitable for installation in Canberra and Queanbeyan. If a product is approved, is not on our website, and you supply it, we are happy to install it for you.
Hot Water Systems
We prefer to discuss the pros and cons of each hot water system before you make an expensive purchase. Many hot water system brands and models are not suitable for installation in Canberra.
Our lists include hot water heater models we do not install. Whether it is a commercial hot water system or a residential gas hot water system, electric hot water system, heat pump hot water system, solar hot water system, continuous flow or storage hot water system, we can help. If the hot water system you are looking for isn’t listed on our website, we can likely still help.
Toilet Suites
We offer many styles and brands of WaterMark-approved toilet suites suitable for installation in Canberra and Queanbeyan. Experience shows that spare parts for some less common toilet suite brands are hard to find.
We can supply and install in-wall toilet suites, but these can be very expensive to repair when they break down. We will not install unapproved bidet taps or douche taps.
Tapware
We can supply and install WaterMark-approved garden taps, bathroom taps, laundry taps and kitchen taps in Canberra and Queanbeyan. We install taps with washers, quarter-turn taps with ceramic disks, taps for the disabled, and mixer taps. If the tap you want isn’t listed on our website but has a WaterMark, we can install it.

Rainwater pumps, solar hot water circulating pumps, hot water circulating pumps, sewerage drainage pumps and stormwater drainage pumps are very common. Some operate manually, but many operate automatically, such as automatic rain-to-main systems or temperature-controlled and float-controlled pumps. We can provide pumps for every situation.

Valves are an important part of every plumbing system. Isolating valves shut off water for maintenance and emergencies. Pressure-limiting and pressure-reducing valves help protect your property from burst pipes and plumbing leaks.
Pressure relief devices protect your property from potentially explosive pressures and temperatures that can build up in your plumbing system. Anti-backflow devices prevent contaminants from entering our drinking water.
